お住まいの地域や国際情勢によって、商品をお客様にお届けすることが難しいと判断した場合、申し訳ございませんがお断りさせていただくことがございます。ご了承ください。
We can't send to where difficult to send because of various trouble (ex: international affairs, outbreak of pandemic, or more).

お支払方法
銀行振込、またはWISEなどの送金サービスにて先払いをお願い致します。
銀行振込(円建て)の場合、銀行手数料は必ず「送金元負担（経由銀行・日本でのお手数料込みでのお支払い）」での手続きをお願いいたします。そうでないと、経由銀行により差額が発生してしまう可能性があります。
送金サービスをお使いになる場合には、ご送金前にご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。
ご来店される場合、または、日本国内からのご送金が可能の場合はお申し出ください。

発送方法
・ご注文→お見積り→ご送金→発送の手順となります。
・通常ＥＭＳ便でお送りさせて頂いております。他にご希望がございましたら、ご注文の際にご相談下さい。
・お品物によっては安全データシート（Safety Data Sheet)の審査が必要な場合がございます。お日にちに余裕を持ってご注文ください。
・国連番号を有するお品物は発送できません（朱、天然辰砂、鉛白、洋金粉など)。万一ご送金後に発送不可能な商品が発覚しました場合は、差額分は商品にて代えさせていただくか、次回ご注文時にご精算する等の対処をさせていただいております。
・5ｘ7以上の紙の発送の場合、サイズ制限のためEMSでは送れません。送れるサイズにカットするか、別の運送方法にする必要があります。別の運送方法の場合、かなり高額になる恐れがあります。

The way to pay
Please remit by bank or remittance service(ex: WISE) before send packs.
BANK : Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense (inclusing that at JPN, VIA bank) not to happen balance. It cost 4000YEN or more.
Remittance service : Please inform before remit.

The way to business
Order → Estimate → Remit → Send
* We usually use EMS. If you want to use other way, please tell it before estimate.
* We send goods after received your remittance.
* It may need SDS check. If not can pass it, add other goods instead of the goods not passed. or keep the balance to next order.
not passed goods ex) pigment kind of Shu, Natural Shinsha, Enpaku, Youkin powder...etc
*If you need paper size over 5x7, need to cut to send by EMS. Or use other way (expensive)
